1. About UmojaGram

UmojaGram is a private photo and video sharing service for families and trusted groups. Albums are shared by invitation.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must provide accurate account details and keep your login credentials secure.
• You may only use UmojaGram for lawful purposes.
• We may restrict or remove accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, share, or engage in content or behavior that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, or hateful
• Sexually explicit content involving minors (zero tolerance)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, or exploitation
• Violent or graphic content intended to shock
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or attempts to break/abuse the service

4. Objectionable Content Reporting & Blocking

• You can report media or comments in the app if they are objectionable or violate these terms.
• You can block another user in the app. Blocking removes that user’s content from your feed and prevents further interaction.
• We review reports and may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action.

5. Your Content & Permissions

• You retain ownership of the content you upload.
• You grant UmojaGram permission to store, process, and display your content to you and the people you share albums with.
• If you share content into an album, other members may view it based on their access permissions.

6. Privacy

UmojaGram is designed for private sharing. We don’t sell your personal data. We store your account information (like email and name) and the content you upload to provide the service.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app. When you delete your account, you will no longer be able to log in. We may retain limited data where required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

8. Service Availability

We work hard to keep UmojaGram available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”. We may update features, fix bugs, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll provide notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
